Skin and Nails: The condition of the skin is checked (dryness, cracks, infections) as well as the nails (fungus, deformities, thickening).

Shape and Alignment: The structure of the feet and toes is evaluated, looking for issues such as bunions or claw toes.

Palpation: The feet are examined by touch to assess sensitivity, temperature, texture, and the presence of pain or inflammation.

Gait and Posture: The patient’s walk and posture are observed to detect 

imbalances or compensatory movements.

Interview: Asking questions about your lifestyle and daily habits helps us better understand your condition.

Diagnosis and Treatment:

Conditions such as corns, calluses, plantar warts, infections, and more are identified and treated during the visit.

Treatment Planning: A corrective or preventive plan is designed, which may include the use of insoles, orthotics, antifungal medication, or personalized footwear and self-care recommendations.

Diagnostic Tests (if necessary): In some cases, the podiatrist may request imaging such as X-rays, ultrasound, or MRI for a more accurate diagnosis.
