To provide you with safe, precise, and high-quality care, please take the following recommendations into consideration before attending your appointment:

🚫 Please do NOT arrive with:

Gel polish on toenails
Acrylic or artificial nails
Regular nail polish
Creams or oils recently applied to the feet

📌 This allows us to perform a proper evaluation and work safely and accurately.

👣 Foot Hygiene

Please arrive with clean feet
Avoid cutting your toenails before your appointment
Do not attempt to remove calluses, ingrown nails, or skin on your own

🩹 If You Have Any Important Medical Conditions

Please inform us if you have:

diabetes mellitus
Circulatory problems
Use of blood thinners
Known allergies
Pregnancy
Active infections or open wounds

⏰ Punctuality

We recommend arriving:

5 to 10 minutes before your appointment
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened out of respect for the following patients

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

🔔 Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance otherwise will be charge in the next appointment

❌ No-Shows

Appointments not canceled in advance or missed appointments may require:

A deposit for future appointments
Rescheduling based on availability
